A fantastic opportunity to join the HR team in a Peterborough based employer of choice to join as HR Analyst –focusing on Projects and Learning and Development. The initial focus will be to support the business as they transition to a new HR system – you will be working with all key stakeholders to understand the operational needs they have of the system to ensure the correct capability is being built into the system. You will be reviewing, consolidating and transitioning data into the new HRIS. You will be relied upon to make recommendations for change based on the insights you will gain from getting close to the user population. The role will make demands on your systems knowledge – so you will need to demonstrate an intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and an affinity for quickly learning and using new systems.
You will be providing support to the L&D function as well – you will be working with the L&D Partner to organise and co-ordinate for the wider business. As a result you will have to juggle conflicting priorities and positively handle a changing agenda.
Ideally you will have experience working within an HR department and be able to demonstrate experience of data analysis and first class administration and organisation skills. The role will demand that you work at pace and under pressure, and will expose you to stakeholders at all levels throughout the business. You will be entirely supported in the role, and benefit from having a sounding board in your line manager and other peers.
