Nel has been with the business since 1997, joining from an internal recruitment role at a London-based management consultancy. She initially joined the permanent team, working directly with Anne, assuming a lead role in 2003. In November 2007 she took on the role of heading up the temporary recruitment team which provides temporary staff to a wide range of businesses throughout Peterborough.
