Our commitment to you, as our client, is to deliver a service that exceeds your expectations.
You will be appointed a dedicated account manager who will see the entire process through for you and remain your point of contact throughout.
The account manager will organise a face to face meeting to discuss your requirements and take a brief. They will spend time understanding your business, discussing the culture of your workplace and meeting those you identify as relevant to the process.
With an approved job specification, our team will then work diligently to identify any suitable candidates from our existing database. If necessary, we will use trusted websites and other tried and tested sources to pinpoint further suitable candidates.
We will sift CVs, liaise with candidates and carry out phone and face to face interviews if necessary before forwarding CVs from carefully selected candidates we believe have the correct skill set and are the right ‘fit’ for your organisation.
We will organise interviews and liaise with you and the candidates to ensure everyone involved is fully briefed.
If required, we can be involved in the actual interviews.
Following interviews, we will keep all parties fully informed, providing feedback to agreed timescales.
When offers are forthcoming, we liaise with both parties.
Our commitment to you continues after the appointment of your new member of staff. We will keep in touch during the first few weeks to ensure the early resolution of any early teething problems.
