A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR systems professional within a large Peterborough based organisation.         You will provide a professional and technical service to the organisation and internally within the HR team; supporting the monthly processes of reporting payroll and benefits.        

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identify all current processes carried out by HR administration
  • Review processes and identify suggestions for improvement
  • Design process flows and user guides for HR administration processes
  • Update processes and process flows and communicate to the HR team
  • Your experience will include:
    • Working within an HR function with a real passion for systems and process
    • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
    • Excellent numeracy skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Resilient under pressure yet maintaining a customer service focus
