A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR systems professional within a large Peterborough based organisation. You will provide a professional and technical service to the organisation and internally within the HR team; supporting the monthly processes of reporting payroll and benefits.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identify all current processes carried out by HR administration
- Review processes and identify suggestions for improvement
- Design process flows and user guides for HR administration processes
- Update processes and process flows and communicate to the HR team
- Working within an HR function with a real passion for systems and process
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Resilient under pressure yet maintaining a customer service focus
