You will be working with a best in class insights team with responsibility for driving understanding of buyer behaviour and identifying commercial advantage for a range of different categories. You will be responsible for capturing, collating and translating qualitative and quantitative data into clear narrative. You will ideally already be working within an insights role – ideally within FMCG, but applicants from outside the sector are welcome – and be eager for your next move. This will require you to deputise for the Insights Manager.
You will be
- Analysing data sourced from multiple channels and providing meaningful and fit for purpose reports on performance of retail, category and competitors
- Providing insights into product, price and promotion for the Category teams
- Interrogating data reports to deliver insights on consumer behaviour from loyalty reports and other sources
- Tracking social and digital media for new sources of insights to provide a total category view
