As the Telesales Executive you will be supporting the company in its growth through business development and account management. You will be making outbound calls to clients, sourcing data, identifying decision makers and making appointments for the sales team.
You will need a background in Marketing and Sales with excellent communication and telephone skills as well as a focus on customer service. Patience, self-motivation and the ability to meet goals is essential to be successful.
Hours will be Monday-Friday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm – Flexibility could be offered if required.
- Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to promote the company’s services
- Exploit all available resources to identify potential customers i.e. existing database, social media, industry-related web sites
- Answer client questions about our scope of services
- Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases
- Maintain a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers
- Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
- Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
- Follow up on quotations issued
