We are seeking a skilled PA to join the team to support one of the Partners at leading firm on the outskirts of Peterborough– this will include full secretarial support across typing and administration.
The role will involve typing via shorthand notes and audio or copy typing to produce letters, file notes, reports and bills.
The role will also involve:
- Preparing and producing PowerPoint presentations, meeting packs, reports etc.
- Creating and updating excel spreadsheets.
- Meeting and event management to include catering
- Diary management and email management.
- Travel arrangements
- Database management
- Creation of new client files and packs to include marketing/ event organisation
- Support with ad-hoc projects as required.
- Support the other PA’s and secretarial team in a flexible team working environment
You will bring experience at Secretarial or PA level as well as solid typing skills (Minimum 55 wpm) as well as being IT literate across Word, Excel and PowerPoint. As someone with a high attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills and a real ability to multi- task you will provide first class PA and secretarial support.
