A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a well-established and progressive, locally based organisation, to work as their internal HR Manager. You will be providing HR generalist support across multiple teams - from engaging and coaching with line management, to employee relations support, reward and benefits development, as well as employee wellbeing and leading on health and safety from a people perspective. You will also enjoy improving the efficiency and professionalism of working practices and generally working smarter.
You will be resilient, commercial, with the ability to see the bigger picture and add value from the offset. A high level of performance, pace and credibility is essential.
Your most recent HR experience will include managing the full employee life cycle, where your passion for employee engagement and developing employee benefits will have shone through. CIPD is desirable but not essential.
