We have an exciting temp to perm opportunity working for our client based just outside of Uppingham, Rutland. They are looking for Secretarial Assistant who is a strong administrator to join the team in a busy and varied admin based role. It is essential you have audio typing skills and can start immediately.     

As Secretarial Assistant, you will be:

  • Audio Typing
  • Providing secretarial support to various teams within the business
  • Assisting with project administration tasks
  • Diary management
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Answering incoming calls to the business

You must have:

  • Previous and recent experience in audio typing
  • Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft Office packages
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Immediately available to start working
