You will be appointed as Commercial Director, completing the Senior Leadership Team for a growing privately-owned organisation in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire you will be tasked with maintaining and increasing penetration into existing customers and identifying and engaging with new business sectors to drive the commercial agenda.
Having undergone significant transformation in recent years the organisation is poised for growth. You will be researching and identifying opportunities within their current customer base and exploring adjacent markets to identify where their unique service offering can benefit potential new clients. Their style is consultative, and solution focused – you will need to demonstrate your ability to influence key client stakeholders at the most senior level.
You will define and deliver the marketing strategy – building creative, consistent and compelling messaging to engage with the client base and clarify their brand and service offering.
Supported by a team of three highly commercial and intelligent sales and project managers you will be collaborative and a natural leader and coach.
Your CV will show you are a dynamic and results driven individual – clearly demonstrating the commercial value added from your previous positions. You will demonstrate the ability to oversee product development, identify new market opportunities, plan and direct market opportunities and sell into new and existing customers.
