Do you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, have work in an IT Support role and are fluent in German? If so, please read on!
As a Service Desk Analyst you will be the first point of contact for all customer queries for German customers, responding to all queries in a timely manner and investigating and analysing issues in a methodical way.
You will need to:
- Be fluent in German both written and verbal
- Have excellent communication skills
- Previous experience with in IT support role ideally with application support

The hours for this role is 37.5 per week on a rota shift pattern between the hours of 08.00-18.00.
