Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be joining the organisation following an impressive 15% increase in sales over the past 12 months. You will be leading the marketing function to put in place marketing initiatives which underpin the overall strategy of the organisation and fill the sales pipeline.
You will play a critical role in transforming the marketing function, harnessing customer, market and competitor insight, to create a centralised and forward-thinking team. You will be assisting in the development of new revenue streams and finding new strategic partners.
Key measures are:
- Increase sales in direct and indirect channels
- Strengthen the brand
- Deliver campaigns to reach and engage new partners and customers
- Identify and attract customers from new geographic markets
- Leads generated from social media and digital strategy
You will have been responsible for creating metrics and KPI’s to optimise Marketing budget. In addition, you will have a strong track record in building and energising your marketing team and have confidently managed external suppliers and agencies. Previous experience delivering a similar role is essential.
