A six month contract based in Central Norfolk and reporting into the General Manager with a dotted line to central HR, you will join this unique organisation to deliver a programme of change within HR process and policies. Following a review with external experts the organisation is poised to completely review their terms and conditions of employment and their employment contracts.
In response to a contracting labour market the organisation is determined to stay one step ahead and retain its “employer of choice” status. You will be engaging with central HR, the local SLT, employee representatives and the full employee base to understand what it is about the organisation that makes it great to work for, and what could enhance that more.
Supported by the General Manager, and the Finance Manager you will then download this into some specific work streams and responses and deliver these. Success will be all employees with new ts and cs, enjoying employee led engagement initiatives and highly competitive benefits. You will deliver this in 6 months and the role could be delivered over four days per week.
Naturally collaborative with experience of delivering change projects to deadline, with a focus on engagement and innovation, you will be immediately available to start, and able to work three days a week in central Norfolk.
