Reporting into the Finance Director and working closely with the global senior leadership team based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and the HR department, you will take ownership of delivering the Reward agenda for UK employees and global leaders. You will be ready to take full ownership of your own workstreams to deliver key reward milestones throughout the year, and to contribute to changing demands on the reward space to aid talent attraction and retention.
Working independently, you will take ownership for:
- Grading and benchmarking for new and existing roles, both internally and externally (knowledge of Willis Towers Watson advantageous)
- All stages of the pay review process
- Setting target setting and agreeing timetables
- Day to day management of the payroll service, and liaison with external provider
- Managing the third-party benefits suppliers
As you don't manage a team you will be uniquely responsible for delivering the strategy, and delivering to deadlines, but also for the analysis of data and insight reporting. You will need to expert on using Excel, ideally with some exposure to SharePoint. You will demonstrate at interview that you are equally at home crunching the numbers as managing the expectations of senior challenging stakeholders within the business.
You will be fully supported as you onboard into your new role - at the moment the organisation is offering hybrid working but they anticipate welcoming the teams back to their award winning offices soon.
