Working as part of a team of six HR professionals, and based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire you will be supporting a host of different internal customers to support them with their HR needs. The business is in the process of implementing success factors across the whole business so previous experience of success factors is essential for this position.
The role is highly varied supporting your colleagues at every point across the employee lifecycle – from issuing contracts and on boarding documentation to planning inductions, pay and performance review process, contractual changes, through to supporting leavers and retirees.
The role offers autonomy and responsibility – we are looking for someone who understand how an effective HR department works and wants to contribute to delivering and developing the customer experience.
