Best in class HR team are looking for a senior HR Advisor to join to support in developing and delivering a fully integrated HR function, based near Sleaford. You will line manage the HR support team and work closely with the Senior HR BP to deliver the end to end HR function.
You will be responsible for the employee engagement, employee relations, partnering with your management teams to empower and coach them to deliver their part of the people agenda, and support the wider HR team in developing processes and value-added initiatives.
You will have generalist experience, with responsibility for a specific population within the business, and be able to easily evidence your impact and achievements. The customer base you are working with is diverse and widely spread geographically therefore you must be an excellent communicator – over the phone, face to face and in writing to ensure you inform and engage all your stakeholders. Ideally you will hold a CIPD qualification. The role does require you to travel between sites, so a full driving licence is essential.
