Brilliant opportunity to join a business to design the attraction and onboarding for their early years and sales teams – a busy role with onboarding deadlines to hit regularly throughout the year – you will be engaging with school leavers upwards to bring in trainees and kickstart their careers.
Partnering with the core business you will be working with business leaders to develop a manpower plan for the onboarding of new trainee’s into the business, and creating a plan to meet these numbers.
You will be:
- Creating a grass roots engagement strategy to present the business as an employer of choice highlighting career opportunities and driving talent attraction
- Shortlisting candidates to attend assessment centres and overseeing the administration and coordination of these throughout the year.
- Overseeing assessment centres and concluding the process through to offer and onboarding for the successful candidates.
This would suit someone currently working in an agency environment used to work at pace, and under pressure. You must be used to picking up the phones and speaking with people to explain the role and get them really interested in a career with the business, and in continuing positive communication with them through to on boarding.
