Zoe knows what quality recruitment looks like, having worked in internal HR departments for many years before joining ACR. Recruiting across many different sectors, at all levels of a business, Zoe understands the challenges HR professionals face.
Knowing how important the right fit is for candidates and clients, Zoe explained: “Getting to know the client is so important to me. ACR’s specialism is finding the right personality fit; recruitment is never a tick box exercise. We all understand that, say, a HR manager may be right on paper but in reality doesn’t quite fit a business.
“Because we always try to meet all of our clients and candidates face-to-face, it’s not about throwing CVs about aimlessly, it’s about looking at the quality of service we are offering and finding the right, permanent person for a role.”
With extensive experience in learning and development too, Zoe understands the complexities of talent and success planning.
Working closely with Anne to recruit for HR roles, Zoe enjoys the collaborative team approach we adopt, which – in her own words – “gives ACR more of an in-house HR feel than other agencies.”
The results of her expertise are clear in the fact that Zoe often finds her candidates become clients: when they are settled into their new HR role they turn to Zoe to help them hire within their new organisation.
Zoe’s ‘time out’ is spent enjoying the countryside with her family – and with her horse; Zoe has been a keen horse rider since she was just four years old and used to compete regularly.
