ACR gets handpicked for professional advocacy programme

Joanne Copeland scored highly in an industry exam and became the sixth member of the ACR team to join the IRP – a body dedicated to best practice within the recruitment profession.

Soon after receiving her results, the IRP invited ACR to be part of the advocacy programme “as an employer of choice.”

Being accepted onto the programme demonstrates ACR’s continual investment into the professional development of their staff, to keep them engaged and motivated and to acknowledge and celebrate their achievements.

Anne Corder said: “This is a real coup for the business and one that we are proud to shout about. To have the hard work and dedication of our staff recognised and exemplified through advocacy status is fantastic.”
