ACR passed with flying colours, with the report making special reference to the agency’s consistent professional standard. The accreditation also indicates an ongoing commitment to delivering an efficient and cost effective service.
The company’s induction and training programme for new staff was also a contributing factor in passing the audit, along with reported high levels of customer satisfaction, gained through systematic methods of obtaining feedback from clients, candidates and suppliers.
