Helping candidates achieve their individual objectives
Recruitment is all about people. Everyone is different. We all have different aspirations; different values; different goals; different attitudes and different lifestyle needs.
Our job at Anne Corder Recruitment is to assess those attributes and attitudes and find the right fit in terms of both role and client culture. We think that is what makes us different to lots of other high street agencies. We spend a lot of time listening and chatting and testing to help us get the right fit.
Sometimes, we can see things that candidates can’t because they are too close to things – and that can be very rewarding. The most common is that of transferrable skills – where people tend to become ‘pigeon-holed’ in a role when infact their skills open up a much wider range of career options.
There are lots of examples of people temping for the first time and loving the freedom and flexibility it offers, when they had previously ruled out the idea. That is often the result of listening rather than making early assumptions about what people want from a job.
Every success story is as unique and individual as the next.
We could provide endless case studies of candidates who have found the perfect role but we have picked a small selection to hopefully inspire people that there are lots of opportunities out there – whatever your personal circumstances or lifestyle needs.
